Adam Peaty Breaks Records at Tokyo Olympics 2020

Team Castore - May 12, 2022

The Tokyo Olympics has taken over our screens with swimmer Adam Peaty breaking yet another record as he became the first British swimmer to retain an Olympic title. An athlete who shares the Castore philosophy of Better Never Stops, we had no doubt that he’d be going for gold.

Recognised as one of best swimmers in the world, the Rio 2016 gold medallist successfully defended his winning title in the 100m breaststroke final. As eight-time World Champion, twelve-time European Champion and three-time Commonwealth Champion, his success comes as no surprise.

And when we talk about success, he’s certainly not shy of it. From becoming the first swimmer to ever win both breaststroke events at the same World Championship to the most successful swimmer in a single World Championship, being the first man to swim 50m breaststroke in under 26 seconds and the first to swim 100m in under 58 and 57 seconds, his winning mentality is clear to see.

Now, we look to the future as he gets sets set to go for yet another gold in the World Athletic Championships next year.

At Castore, we believe that Better Never Stops and with his dedication and determination to succeed, along with his 110% attitude, Adam is the epitome of our ethos. Designed to elevate the brand and athletes during key sporting events, discover our campaign with Adam Peaty here.
